With nearly three decades of experience in the complementary therapy field, my work blends Modern Energy techniques with embodied energy awareness, emotional regulation skills, and practical tools that support confidence, resilience, clarity, and authentic human connection. My journey began in 1998 with massage, Reiki, and Spiritual Healing, but everything changed in 2005 when I discovered Modern Energy. It transformed not only my professional approach, but my understanding of how profoundly our thoughts, emotions, and energy states shape our experience of life itself. Today, my work supports a rich range of individuals — from healers, coaches and practitioners to leaders, teams, and young people learning communication and life skills.
